Cardio kickboxing includes choreographed movements of punches, kicks, and knee strikes set to fast-paced music. Strength training movements are also included to provide muscle as well as cardiovascular conditioning.

  • Cardio Kickboxing #3 - 45 min

    Duration: 45 minutes
    Equipment Needed: Heavy weights (8-12 lbs) and a mat.
    Format: Cardio kickboxing intervals with 45 seconds of work/15 seconds of recovery alternating with strength intervals.
