Welcome to the home for my workout video collection! This site provides you access to my entire historical library of content as well as ongoing new content. Workout formats include Barre, Cardio Kickboxing, Chisel, HIIT, and more. Videos vary in length from 15 minutes to 60 minutes in length.
I believe fitness should be accessible to anyone anytime so many of my videos require minimal or no equipment. Great for working out at home or when traveling for work.
I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I teach a variety of group exercise formats including Barre, High Intensity Internal Training (HIIT), Indoor Cycling, Circuit Training, Boot Camps, Cardio Dance Aerobics, Senior Fitness, and Sculpt. I currently teach classes in Annapolis, MD.
I am also a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Association for Sports Medicine (NASM). I focus on clients who are looking for an alternative to the gym environment. My method focuses on body weight training, light weights, and limited equipment. I want my clients to be able to use the routines without me at home or when traveling for work or pleasure. You don’t need a lot of equipment to be fit!
Duration: 25 minutes
Equipment Needed: A set of medium and heavy weights (ex. 3 and 5 lbs, 5 and 8 lbs, 8 and 12 lb, 12 and 20 lbs, etc). - whatever medium and heavy weight corresponds to your current fitness level
Format: Total body strength training workout using 45 second work intervals with 15 seconds of recovery. Compound movements will work multiple muscle groups with each exercise and you may even pump up your heart rate a little. A great addition after your cardio workout to improve strength.
